Abadiania and the "Village," where the Alegria apartment is located, have plenty of outside lighting, some automatically activated.  However, power outages do happen in this part of the world every so often, and we usually keep a lantern in Alegria to cover those rare instances.  Nevertheless, it is generally a good idea for renters to bring a small flash light for their convenience, particularly if they plan to arrive late.
