Discounts and Restrictions
Discounts: Our pricing is by
occupancy (details here).
If there is an additional person who was not listed in the
original agreement, we ask that you let us know immediately, so
we can invoice you for the additional rental amount then due.*
Occupancy Restrictions: No more than 3
people, excluding infants under 8 months of age -- inquire for
exceptions.
Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed
under any circumstances -- no exceptions. We guarantee that this
is a pet-free apartment, and some renters have allergies and
depend on this representation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises -- please have
sliding glass doors to bedroom and living room positively closed
when smoking on the terrace.

* The additional amount will be charged for the
entire rental period, not just for the number of nights
spent by the additional guest(s). However, in
extreme cases, such as just a small number
of nights spent by the additional guest(s) compared to the
total number of rented nights, we are open to
accommodate.
