Pets

Our rental homes are advertised as pet-free. We have repeat clients who rely on this for health reasons. It is therefore imperative for our guests to strictly, without exception, adhere to the "no pets" policy. Please understand that this is no judgment or prejudice against your wonderful dog, cat, hamster, or whatever your pet may be ... we are not pet-unfriendly, but our rentals must be kept pet-free.  We cannot even accept a promise to keep the pet in the garage or on a balcony.

If our housekeepers determine that a pet was inside the premises during your rental, you will automatically forfeit your entire Security Deposit.  Furthermore, if this amount is insufficient to cover the expenses for shampooing and replacement of ruined carpeting, fabric and furniture, you will also be liable for the additional related expense.
