Deposit
A refundable Security/Damage Deposit (the
"Deposit") in the amount of US$300 is required
when invoiced, typically two weeks prior to arrival. This
invoice will be issued via the Internet Bank PayPal
for safe and convenient payment by credit card. Deposit
refund will typically occur within a week after completion of
the rental, via PayPal back to the same credit card with which
it was originally paid. This payment is not subject to
PayPal/credit card fees. We trust and interpret your
coming to a place as special as the Casa de Dom Inacio
in Abadiania as an indication that you will adhere
to all standards of reasonableness and courtesy with regard
to treatment of our property. Therefore, we do
not anticipate that we will ever have to attach this Deposit for
damages caused by you, but please bear with us that we must
reserve the right to do so.
