House Details
-- Address: 92 Osprey Reach, The Sea Ranch, CA 95497
-- Front door and garage door open with numeric key pad - code is communicated prior to rental date.
-- Phone at Premises: 707-785-3539 (Internet based).
-- 2 BR (1 master bedroom with K, 1 bedroom with 2 Ts)  and 2 BA (one with tub/shower, one with shower only).
-- King bed mattress is medium hard/soft, bed is made upon arrival, linens washed with TIDE
-- Hot tub sanitized with ozone and bromine; on contractor maintenance schedule and checked before and after each rental.
-- The loft is NOT part of the rented space but remains unlocked.
-- Fast speed Internet (50MBps up and down) equipment is in loft, PW will be communicated prior to arrival.
-- TV with basic HD DirecTV programming (SF Bay Area channels); HDMI Input available for your streaming preference.
-- DVD player (see here for detailed instructions).
-- Basic stereo system, independent of TV, ready for CDs and Bluetooth; we have a decent suppoly of classical CDs
-- Conventional open fireplace (see here for details).
-- Gas BBQ for use outside on gravel surface.
-- 1-car garage is small and not intended to park guests' car but is available to store bicycles or equipment. Casa Pacis has plenty of safe outside parking.
-- The rest of the Annex building is private and locked and not part of the rented space and will not be used by us or others during guests' rental period.

Kitchen
The following is an incomplete inventory:
-- refrigerator with (internal) icemaker
-- electric range with oven and one-piece ceramic 4-burner cooktop
-- dishwasher
-- microwave
-- Braun coffee maker (we supply the conical Melitta filters)
-- toaster, blender, salad spinner, etc.
-- assortment of non-stick pots and pans

While we have celiacs family members, we do generally recommend that chemically/environmentally sensitive persons bring their own equipment.
