Rental Restrictions, Discounts, Changes in Rental Occupancy

Pricing is based on a rental occupancy of 2 people.

Occupancy Restriction:  we do not permit more than 2 people at Casa Pacis, excluding infants under 6 months of age. Inquire for exceptions.
     If we permit an exception, a rental fee of $20 per additional person per rental night apply.*  All exceptions must be confirmed in writing.

Partying: we do not permit that renters invite guests for private events held at Bella Vista.

Pets: No pets are allowed under any circumstances -- no exceptions, not even if "well trained" or "kept in the garage" ...

Abalone handling: handling of abalone (de-shelling, washing, pounding) is NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE OR ON ANY OF THE DECKS; this activity is ONLY permitted outside in the parking area (water hose available).

Smoking: smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere inside the premises (and by Sea Ranch Rules it is not permitted on trails and on commons; if you must smoke, do it outside in our driveway area and be aware of the extreme fire danger during the dry season ... )

* Please note that this charge is not per person-night but per person per rental night. For example, if a rental for 3 nights was arranged for 2 persons, and one additional guest comes for one night only,  the additional charge would be $20 * 3 nights = $60, not just $20.  Also, the minimum rental charge is figured for 2 persons; there is no refund -- or lower pricing -- if there is only 1 person in your party.
