Septic system
Casa Pacis (and all other homes in the southern
half of Sea Ranch) has an individual septic system. The system
does not require any manipulation by renters.
In case of malfunctioning of the septic system, a
buzzer located inside the control box near the hot tub on the
house wall will alarm you. At that point, minimize
the water volume going down the drain (from toilets, showers,
dish washer and clothes washer) and call the owner or his
representative (contact details on rental contract) as soon as
possible.
