-- Garage: 3-car garage, attached to house; the garage contains equipment and tools that are private and not part of the rental, but we do nonetheless provide space to park two full-size SUV-type guest vehicles and one smaller passenger car, so that renters have ample of space for off-street parking (which is illegal at Tahoe-Donner and carries ridiculously heavy fines).
