Keys, Keyless entry system, Safe Box

The house has a keyless entry system.
Arrival: A code to keyless entry (on the front door) will be provided to you once the final payment has been received.  First push the upper ("Schlage") button; the keys will then be illuminated. Enter the code and turn the knob clockwise to open the dead bolt.* To lock, simply push the "Schlage" button and turn knob counter-clockwise to engage the dead bolt.

There is also a conventional key lock box. It contains a mechanical door key which can be used in case the keyless entry system malfunctions. The lock box is mounted at eye level on the house wall to the left of the front door.

There are also two conventional-type garage door key pad openers, operable with the same code. Open the lid, key in the code and press "enter" or "send," or "0" and the door will open. IMPORTANT: CLOSE THE LID AFTERWARDS, or the battery will be quickly depleted.

Also, we provide a hotel-type safe box for renters' convenience.  The code will be communicated in the pre-arrival information package.
