Pets

Our rental homes are advertised as pet-free. We have new and repeat clients who rely on this for health reasons. It is therefore imperative that we strictly, without exception, adhere to the "no pets" policy. This pertains to the garage as well: we must deny any request to "keep the pet in the garage at all times," or alike.   Please understand that this is no judgment or prejudice against your wonderful dog, cat, hamster, or whatever your pet may be ... we are not pet-unfriendly, but our rentals are pet-free.

If our housekeepers determine that a pet was inside the premises, you will automatically forfeit your entire Security Deposit.  Furthermore, if this amount is insufficient to cover the expenses for shampooing and replacement of ruined carpeting, fabric and furniture, you will also be liable for the additional related expense.
