Restaurants

There are numerous restaurants in Tahoe/Donner and near-by. We have brochures of several in the house. Our biased recommendations:
-- Wild Cherries (in Truckee): good coffees, sweets, and breakfast items and lunches
-- Club House (TD - at the golf course): good but a bit pricey
-- Pizza on the Hill (in TD admin building): great, inexpensive pizzas and salads -- Squeeze-in (in Old-Town Truckee): open until 2PM, great breakfasts for hungry friends ... -- there is a good Italian restaurant in Truckee at Donner Pass Road, across from the Mountain Hardware store, and -- a good (but a bit pricey) Thai restaurant in Truckee at Donner Pass Road about half-way between Safeway and the underpass of Hwy 80.
