Reasonable, minor use of the telephone in the rental home is free of charge to renters as a courtesy. (As "reasonable" we define placed calls of up to approximately 10 minutes of call time on average). This includes long-distance calls within the U.S., as well as calls to foreign countries.

There is excellent cell phone coverage at Alta Vista by every major provider, including Verizon and ATT.
