Pricing and Rental Information

Casa de Luz is to us a sanctuary for quiet reflection and meditation to deepen the healing process of the Casa de Dom Inacio.  We therefore prefer and suggest, if you wish to meet with your friends for conversations, socializing and celebrations of your choice, to meet at any of the near-by coffee shops or restaurants, like nearby "Frutti's" or "Moitara," but not at Casa de Luz. 

We therefore make Casa de Luz available only to guests who honor these restrictions:
Rentals do not include our private bedroom
We do not permit more than 2 people (no children)
The pool may be used only by our renters -- not their guests or any other persons
Renters will not invite guests for socializing to Casa de Luz
No dogs on property; no feeding of cats, please!
No smoking inside (ok on terraces).

In consideration of these for us exceedingly important restrictions, our rental rates are modest for what we offer in comparison to other high-end rentals in Abadidania. Our rates are based on occupancy (one or two people) and duration of stay (by week).

The house has two equal-size bedrooms, both on the upper floor. One of them is our personal   bedroom and will not be available to renters. Prices are per rental period, not per day:

Prices are inclusive of applicable fees, taxes, utilities, and housekeeping services (pre- and post-rental, and once per week during the rental period).

We use a personalized reservation process. All details are handled via e-mail; payments are in US$ by credit card via the secure Internet Bank "PayPal" (no PayPal account required). For our European guests we can also accommodate payment by bank transfer in to our account in Germany. 

Down Payment ("Deposit") required for each rental: US$400
Pricing for second and subsequent weeks is as follows: the first 4 nights of each week are charged at $100/n each, the three subsequent nights are free.   
The Deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days prior to the rental date, at which time the balance payment is due.
