-- Living Room with piano-mezzanine;
-- Hot tub sanitized with
ozone and bromine; on contractor maintenance schedule and
checked before and after each rental.
-- A small room behind the mezzanine, and a room underneath
the LR, are locked and NOT part of the rented space.
-- Fast speed Internet (50MBps up and down) router on
mezzanine, equipment in garage above W/D, PW will be
communicated prior to arrival.
-- TV with basic HD DirecTV programming (SF Bay Area
channels); HDMI Input available for your streaming preference

Bluetooth; we have a decent suppoly of classical CDs

garage contains equipment and tools that are private and not
part of the rental).

While we have celiacs family members, we do
generally recommend that chemically/environmentally sensitive
