Passes and Hang-Tags

Owners and renters at Sea Ranch must carry personal Sea Ranch Association ID passes (one per person) when on Sea Ranch commons, and vehicles can only be parked on Sea Ranch roads and in the parking lots of common facilities, including the recreational centers, when exhibiting a valid hang-tag. Security guards at the rec centers will not let a person, regardless of age, pass without a Sea Ranch ID card.

One ID card per guest and two hang-tags (carried at the mirror of your vehicle) are at the kitchen desk for renters to use.

It is a substantial hassle for us as owners to obtain replacement passes (it's a job that cannot even be accomplished by the housekeepers) -- we will have to charge renters a fee of $50 for each ID card or hang tag not replaced into that envelope when you depart. Please understand that, much more importantly, a pass not replaced will not be available for the next guests, and that is a real inconvenience for the guests and a problem for us who represent to our guests that passes will be available for them.  Please treat these cards as if they were your own precious credit cards ...
