Discounts:
Our pricing is by occupancy and duration brackets (details here).
If there is a second person, and only one person was listed in
the original agreement, we ask that you let us know immediately,
so we can invoice you for the additional rental amount then
due.*
Occupancy Restrictions:
No more than 2 people are
permitted, excluding infants under 6 months of age at the
time of rental -- inquire for exceptions. Owners' personal bedroom is exempted from
the rented space. The pool is available strictly only
for use by the renter(s), but not their occasional guests
and friends.
Casa de Luz shall not be used for
private gatherings -- we recommend to schedule
those elsewhere, such as at Frutti's.
Pets: No pets are allowed under any
circumstances -- no exceptions. We guarantee that this is a
pet-free property, and some renters have allergies and depend on
this representation. It is
therefore imperative that you strictly, without
exception, adhere to our "no pets" policy. This
pertains to the entire property: we must even deny any request
to keep the pet in the garden.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but OK on the terraces.
We consider any
violation of these restrictions as very serious.

entire rental period, not just prorated for the number of
nights spent by the additional guest.
